What year M-1897 Shotgun?

Serial # 31176X. 12ga., 26" barrel. Left side of stock is checkered.

The Buffalo Bill Historical Center site only has records from serial 340000 and up. Thanks for the info.

  1907 according to MADIS...1907 started at 308041 and ended at 352101 for the years production run......
