Part interchange Ruger MK1 to MK2

What if any parts interchange between the ruger Mk1 and MK2 .22lr pistols? I know the mags don't. But what I'm looking for a grips and sites?

  some of the mags will , as long as they both have the botton on the same side they should work , I know I have used mark II mags in a Mark I before ,, sights look like they should but i have never tried it , the left side grip is different because of the cut out for the slide stop lever
