Knife ID

I recently acquired this knife from my late grandfather and would like some more information about it. As of now i only have a blurry image of the back.

This picture is of the White House. On the front of the knife there is a picture of a president. not sure who it is and it says "Let Justice and Porgress go hand in hand" around the edge. Any information would be appreciated. sorry about the poor image quality

  Etchglow, as you can see we don't seem to have all that many knife collectors here, nor do we have that many knife questions, and most of those are about bayonets. You might drop an e-mail to a member of the board whose screen name is knifeusercollections. You can blame me. He doesn't get by all that much. If he cannot give you some information, perhaps he can direct you to a knife board or two. Good Luck!

  How big is the knife?...Classic and I have had quite a few of these knives or cigar cutters as we know them ....Is there anything on the tangs?...

  These round knives were more of a novelty than anything else,, some were given to store employees for opening boxes, but were concidered cigar cutters by most.. fit neatly into thr vest pocket, I still have a very nice one with celluloid , for it to br worth much they have to be in pristine condition..Jim Parker sold off his collection of them about 10 years ago, any where from 5 bucks to around 90 depending on the theme of the (handle)
  
  I have had them with solid brass frame (jack Daniels),President Kennedy to every type of ad you could ask for..These are normally about the size of a silver Dollar, and most are just marked USA on on blade..
