Anyone know who made these bolt action shotguns? No other markings.

  I have a TRU-TEST bolt action shotgun. No magazine or any other markings. Think its a 20ga. Any ideas who made it and when?

  They were sold through True Value hardware stores. I can't find a cross reference, but I'd bet on Mossberg. I shot tons of Tru-Test shotshells as a kid, because they were way cheaper than the big names. Those paper hulls had an aroma that plastic can't match.

  I have had Tru-Test Hardware pump shotguns in times past that were made by Mossberg (Model 500 pump). It is probable that your bolt action would have also been a Mossberg made for the store chain. Depending on exact time frame, specs and gauge, it is probably a 183, 185, 190, 195, or possibly the later 385, 395 series from Mossberg.
