Winchester Model 70 Westerner

Hello all,

I have the opportunity to purchase a Winchester Model 70 Westerner Cal. 30-06 Ser # G1557538.
I would say the rifle is 85-90%. I know the rifle is factory condition.

I was hopping to get an approximate date of manufactue and ballpark value. If this rifle is purchased it will be used in the field.

  That serial number would put it at 1982.
