Browning BAR Rear Sight Removal

This is probably a simple one, but can anyone tell me how to remove the rear sight from a Browning BAR? It has a elevation adjustment screw and a windage adjustment screw, but nothing else. Do I just back the elevation screw all the way out? Thanks

  hi, you have to remove the elevetion screw, you will see that under the elevation tang there are 2 screw, remouve both and you will be able to remove completly the rear sight.
