    There is a picture of one in the 1940, Stoeger Shooter's Bible Reprint. This was reprinted a number of years ago. It should be available from the used book dealers who are listed on www.bookfinder.com if you can't find the picture in/at another source.

    You can also try:

    Nick Stroebel's book; Old Gunsights. This is used as a standard reference for the older sights.

    Here are a couple of pictures of mine. The box is marked 75HW, but I think this is what you are wanting. This is a 1938 model 75 that I found at an estate sale for $300.00.

    Thanks for the info guys...have no idea what the Luger pic is about? I have the Stroebel book.....not what I'm looking for....wundudnee thanks for the photo. That isn't the sight I have...scratch...scratch? I'll post a photo tonight of what I have.

    Come on experts! Some one must have seen this Redfield sight before?and know what it fits?

    I have found Mr Stroebel to be very helpfull so email him direct and you should enclose the image so he can solve your mystery.

    Nick says it is the "SCOPE" height "H" prefix #75 sight.... wundudnee posted pics of his #75HW and it they are not the same as you can see......????
