Stinger Arms AR15?

Here is classified ad from our local paper. I'm an AR expert by no means, but I never heard of Stinger Arms. Are they any good? Is this a good deal?

    Never heard of them, wonder if it's not a kit gun. Lots of people making lower receivers out there. You could build / slap together a nicer gun for $725 or less!

    there was talk of a stinger lower reciever over on AR15.com for awhile and they (lower recs) were supposedly of good quality, but I'll bet it's a kit gun. Buy an oly or bushy stripped lower and get a kit from JT distributing and build your own for about $600....

    Why not put your name in on a new Bushmaster that are being built for ar15.com members.... price is just over $700 for a special edition black rifle...
