What's my AP-80 (AK-22) worth?

I have an original AP-80 (AK-22) made by Armi Jager, imported by Mitchell Arms. I purchased it in the 80's and I am wondering what it is worth. I would be interested in selling it for he right price. It is in good shape, I used to shoot it a lot, but I'm not sure how many rounds have been through it.

  The value of most common guns can be found by going to the Gunbroker home page & clicking on the "SmartSearch" link. You then enter the gun & search "completed auctions". Prices actually bid will tell the current market value.

  Standard Catalog (2003) shows the value at $150 for very Good, $200 for excellent. I saw one sell recently for $185 in excellent condition at a local shop. Nice little guns. I liked the one I saw.

  The book price is very deceiving. I have seen the AK 22 go for $325 - $400 the Galil version as high as $500 and the FA MAS version for over $600.00. Supply and demand and the demand is higher than the supply. My 2 cents [8D]
