Ruger Frontier Rifle
Does anyone have any experience with the Ruger M77 Mark II Frontier Rifle it has a 16 1/2 inch barrel with gray laminante stock. it comes in 243 7mm-08 300wsm and 308 cartridges. its a sharp looking gun i would be interested in the 308 the only thing i am a little apprehensive about is the short barrel length im just wondering if any one has one and what they think . I would be using it for some night coyote hunting and some deer hunting. more then likely all shots would be less then 100-125 yards

they are extremely loud, but they are accurate. a guy had one at the range last year and it about blew me off the bench it was so loud.
I'm not an expert, but i did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night.0 -
i can live with loud as long as its accurate 0
