Llama 1911

Bought a used Llama 1911. Was told they were defunct and out of business and if I needed parts I was not going to be happy. Did they go out of business or does anyone know? SWEET DEAL THOUGH.

  I understand that they just went out of business a couple of months ago. They say they are still honoring their warrantys until parts run out, so there should be parts around right now. In the future who knows.

  Yes, Llama is out of business. The 'Max' series is still covered under the lifetime warranty and authorized warranty centers (like us) will continue servicing those customers until the available parts supply is exhausted.

  Depending on which "Llama 1911" it is, GunPartsCorp seems to have quite a few parts for them.
  
  Also, since the Llama is a copy of the M1911, many 1911 parts will fit, or can be made to fit with a bit of judicious "file & fit" work.
