Eotech Blurry

I just mounted an eotech 512AA on my RRA M-4, and the reticle seems blurry at all eye reliefs, Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong. Thanks in advance...

    No, that's not normal. But, I can't imagine anything that you could possibly do wrong. The "reticle" is sandwiched between 2 pieces of optical-grade glass; there are no moving parts.

    Try cleaning both sides of the lens, using the same technique that you would on any scope. Is this a new Eotech, or is it possible that a previous owner used an abrasive on the lens?

    Otherwise, I'd need to rule out a vision problem. Has anyone else had the same problem with your Eotech?

    It's brand new out of the box,the glass is clear the reticle seems blurry like you can see the red dots that make up the reticle's appearance, it doesn't seem like one crisp reticle.

    This is what a halo sight looks like sort of grainy that is why some people "I am one of them" like a tube type red dot sight plus wait until you try it in the rain .
