  As nononsense noted one of of the Eibar/Ruby type handguns made by FA.
  FA was one larger and more prolific manufacturers of the Eibar region. They manufactured handguns from the early years of the First World War, until being shut down during the Spanish Civil War dateing to the mid/late 30's.

  Thank you both. I just picked it up and cannot find it listed in my books. It marked Pistole Automatique "YDEAL". Marque Deposee No XXXXX. On the right side it has ESPAGNE. Functions fine and the finish is a brown patina.

  Czech company Dusek Opocno (manufacturer of DUO pistols) produced these guns under trade names JAGA, SINGER and IDEAL/YDEAL (I never seen this version, only some bad pictures with IDEAL, some with IDEAL on the slide and YDEAL on the grip) too.
  Small series before WWII, as I know.
  It's not this case, of course, but ...
  If somebody have these guns, tell me please.
