Dragunov Tiger help

I have a Izhmach Dragunov Tiger here that was imported by CAI that I could use some help with. The first part of the markings to the right of the Izhmach stamp starts with 1994. Is this the import date? The stock is more cut out than most, like the sniper stock but without the cheekplate, and the foregrip is an unvented composite. The scope, illuminated, was made in Belarus. I could use some manuals, in english, for both the scope and gun if they are available in print or for download somewhere. Thanks for any help you can offer.

    Usually Century will engrave or stamp their information along with a serial number in order to import it, if this stamping or engraving doesn't seem to match the manufacturing stamps this is what it is. As far as English instructions for your scope there should be plenty of translations out there one came with my Dragonov and scope,I hope this shed a dim bit of light for you, good luck...

    I did put a bid in on the cd-rom with the instructions but I didn't see any info on the scopes. Hopefully he has that on the cd also. It is the CAI and is marked with their stampings on the side and they do match the serial # on the gun. I'll keep hunting for info. Thanks for the help.
