Knight Black Rifle from 1980's?
I have a MK-85,50 cal. in-line rifle with a nice walnut stock. It's nevered been fired, in mint shape,I know what it cost, when it came out, but I wondering what it's worth now?

NOT MUCH , don't get me wrong they are good rifles but they are out of date , nobody wants them any more so they are hard to sell , i would say about $100 and if you are real lucky 150 0 -
I see these for sale in used condition quite often at pawn shops. The going price is $99-$125 in my area for the ones with synthetic stocks. One in new condition with a walnut stock should bring a good bit more. I bought an early one with a maple stock for $79. I've killed two deer with it. These are really good, solid, and accurate guns. It seems ironic to me that most everyone wants the most "MODERN" primitive weapons.

How many digits does your serial number have? (4)? It may be one of the first ones made, these had Walther-Lothar barrels and Timney triggers. In my opinion these were better than the later versions. I might be interested. 0 -
