Scope on AR-15
I mounted a NC Star scope on my AR-15 and can't move it back far enough to be able to see through it. Am I missing something? I have thought about drilling another hole in the carry handle to move the mount back farther. Please help. Howsand@aol.com

I don't think that I'd ruin a perfectly good AR-15 with by drilling holes just to salvage a POS Chinese scope. Scopes & mounts designed for AR handle mounting need to be in a specific position on the handle; it is unlikely that you will get satisfactory results if you drill another mounting hole.
The basic problem here is that your scope has short eye relief, but the application requires a long eye relief. I'd sell the NC Star & check out the scopes at Natchez Shooting Supplies.
