Scope ?????

Is there a difference between an air gun scope and a center fire rifle scope. My friend told me I will ruin my rifle scope if I put it on my new air rifle because the "KICK" is forwards, not backwards. Is this TRUE ????

  Yes, you need a scope for a air rifle, reverse recoil.

  Yes air rifle scopes are made to take the recoil which upon fireing is both directions plus another big factor is focus and parallax is for air rifle ranges.
