Any information on this rifle builder. I think this rifle was built in Pennsylvania. ANY INFORMATION would be welcomed.

  This is a modern Remington 700 in 220 swift. The barrel is stamped E.A. smith.

  I'm not familiar with him but if you want the name of another exceptional builder in Pa. let me know. I have had him build me a number of custom hunting, sporting rifles. He has also made a number for a writer at Rifle and Handloader magazines. He is building rifles as well as anyone in the country and I think he is very reasonable in his pricing. He can do as little or as much as you want. After finding him I've never used another builder. I have no doubts that in time he'll be very ell known nationally.
