Question on Ban for Magazines

During the Clinton ban, pistol mags were capped at 10 rounds, correct?

What about magazines that were pre-ban? If you owned a Glock or Sig with a high cap mag in 1993, could you continue to own it and the mag?

  Yes, unless there was a state or local law that forbade it.

  It depends on how HIGH it is. There is a limit on pistols as I remember.
