Information on m-70 winchester
I have a m-70 win cal.30-06 ser.# 853xxx. 22inch bbl. monte carlo stock. look's like a parkerised receiver with red letters that say winchester. barell is high polished blue. trigger gard and floor plate is painted black. bolt handle is high polished blue. Red W on pistol grip.this rifle is about 98% cond. Any information on this gun would be helpful. What might the gun be worth it seem's different than other m-70 that I've seen. Thank's for any help on this.

Does it have a slide safety on the right side of the tang? 0 -
No it has a 3 position safety on the right side 0 -
Mfg. either 1966 or 1967 (depends on what reference you use). Without seeing the firearm the value would be between $275. to $350.. 0 -
