Lefever 410 double stock removal
Does the lower tang have to come off to remove the buttstock?
There is a very resistant screw in the lower tang that I'd rather leave in place but the tang spacer looks like it may be preventing removal of the stock.
The screws on this old gun have never been touched and I don't want to bugger any of them if it can be avoided.

Use a good set of screw drivers and carefully grind one to fit each different screw head, side to side, and length wise. Be very careful and you will not have a buggered screw problem.
Gun control is hitting what your aiming at.0
