Masters of Defense Knives (M.O.D.)

I have a MOD Cheif Patches Watson Pointman automatic knife was wondering if anyone can tell me it's value. Have tried many websights looking for information on this knife with no success. The knife is in great shape I use it for day to day carry not iterested in selling. I don't want to trash it if it has value.
