    Very nice rifle. I have a type 99 all origanal with the mum still intact bought it for $80 the stock is very nice hardly any scratches on it no rusting any where and who ever sayes the Jap rifle is a peice of junk don't know what they are talking about the type 99 action is considered by many master gunsmiths to be the strongest even stronger than the Mauser 98 action.

    Well I weep at the loss of a piece of history, but whoever carved it did a bang up job. If it meets your needs, sounds like a deal to me!

    I also have and older 7.7 with all the accs.Aircraft Sight,Chrome Lined Barrel, Bayonet,Dust Cover,Monopod,Cleaning Rod and muzzle cover which I hear is quite rare.[^]
