walther vs. beretta
hey guys...i live in MA and the walther p99 pistol has just been deemed "bad" by the attorney general, so you can no longer purchase new ones in this state...for my next purchase, i planned to buy a beretta brigadier pistol, but recently came across a new, mass compliant, walther p99 in .40...ive shot the beretta and only handled the walther...i wanted some expert advice on if i should go for the walther or the beretta based on performance, accuracy, reliability, durability...thanx!

I like the Walther P-99 myself.It is a good gun.The Beretta is nice and you might get better ballistics from the extra barrel length.The Beretta is bigger and heavier and the Walther has a polymer frame which will never rust and helps with recoil a bit.Plus with the Walther you can custom fit the grip to your hand with the added inserts and change out your front sight as well.You would be well served by either but for me and my money I would buy the Walther P-99. 0
