winchester model 50 takedown?

hello, i have a model 50 winchester i need to take apart and clean, but this gun looks like a completely different animal. cant find it in my takedown books. can anyone tell me the doos and donts on this gun and the things i need to be carefull about during assembly-dissassembly. or maybe the name of a book that has a detailed takedown of it. any help would be great. thanks, redman

  check safety of gun. unloaded?
  cock bolt.
  loosen screw at end of forearm.
  take off forearm.
  twist bbl in receiver 90 deg.
  it will slide off the floating chamber.
  remove floating chamber.
  CAREFULLY release bolt. dont let it fly. hold it with the handle and let it go slowly forward.
  knock out pins to trigger assy.
  drop trigger assy. thats enough!
  just shoot gun scrubber into bottom of receiver to get around bolt. taking that bolt out is tricky and not worth it. spray does a good of it.
  
  tricky part will be getting floating chamber back around bolt. since you released the boly, it will be cery hard to get it to stay back locked w/o the chamber in place to align it. twist, turn, align, wiggle, giggle the chamber as you pull back and forth on bolt. it will go in. rest is reverse order.

  Hello redman: When removing the trigger guard assy, you have to keep the trigger depressed (pulled) when tapping the pin. I use a brass punch on the pin that way you don't mar the radius of the pin surface.
  
  Bobski right, once the trigger guard assy is out you can use gun scrubber or equivent, to clean it out. Bolt removal isn't necessary.
