BOSS "Sweet Spot" ????
Just got a new 270 WSM A-bolt with BOSS. Does anyone the "sweet spot" for 140 gr winchester accubond? The best I have done so far is 1 MOA, I was hoping for better!

Hello each rifle will be different that is why it is adjustable. If you change brands or type of load you will have to readjust each time. You need to buy a large supply of the same lot number of ammo and tune to git the BEST results. 0 -
Did you first try the factory recommended setting for that weight bullet?
I'd start with that if you already haven't then adjust up or down (+ -) from there. It will get better I've got a .338 win mag with a BOSS that turned out a tiny group all in one ragged hole after I found the spot.0 -
Same with my 30-06 A-Bolt. Best so far has been .7" at 200. Then again I am shooting hand loads. Always find them more accurate than factory.
As for the BOSS, start where Browning says to and then try up and down from there. I found there to be 2 "sweet spots" on mine. 2.1 and 8.6 both turning out the same size group.
