H&R 700

I have been told that the Harrington&Richardson model 700 simi-auto 22mag was made by Heckler&Koch of Germany and clips from the H&K 300 will interchange,do you guys know for sure?Thanks for any info.

  Altogether a different rifle, only thing the rifle share is a magazine design. H&R made a M-700 22 magnum using the same type of magazine as the H&KM-300 (magazine release slot is cut on other side).
  There are aftermarket magazine out there but I would stay clear of these. Have had problems with these.

  My reference notes that they were made in the states. Doesn't say anything about H & K.
