In need of a S&W smith

I recently aquired a brand new S&W bbl and cylinder in 44 Special.
My plan is to have them installed on one of my S&W Mdl 28's.
Does anybody know of a good gunsmith around the North Central Indiana area who would be capable of this?

    The factory WILL NOT DO a caliber conversion. I called the other day.
    I have decided to ship to Clements Custom Guns in Va. Just need a few more $$.Then off it goes.

    Hup...yep, you're right - I misread your post. Don't know how I got Model 24 out of Model 28, but there you go!
