Another whats it worth. Colt Python.
I have a chance to get a 1965 Colt Python .357
Unfortunately it isn't the Blued one everyone seems to want. It is Nickle I think. I like the nickle better myself anyway. This gun doesn't even look to be fired. It is it's origonal brown box, and has information on the side of the box. It also has the target that Colt used when the gun was produced. It grouped all 6 shots in the center. Awsome. On the target it was dated 1965 with the serial # of the gun. I think it even had the shooters name. I think it is the 6" barrel, it had the wooden handle grips.
What should I expect to pay for this gun. It is a friend of an uncle that is selling it along with others.

Agree, at least 800. here and posssibly 1000 +++. in that condition. I personally don't see an upside for resale at those prices but then again my hindsight is PERFECT... nambu 0 -
