CZ Model 27

I was given a CZ Model 27 from WWII. Doesn't look like the safety is working properly. I hammer won't release. Any ideas on how the safetly works on these? Also I need a clip to make the gun complete.

  The CZ 27 has a two part safety. When the hammer is cocked, the safety lever on the left side of the frame, just forward of the grips is depressed to put the pistol on safe. To release the safety press the button below the safety, doing this "SHOULD" cause the safety lever to raise to the fire position.
  
  You will need an operable magazine to do the above. As the pistol has a internal magazine safety that prevents function without a magazine in place.
  
  27's were quite common souvenirs brought back from the war. The Krauts made something like 1/2 million when they occupied Czechoslovakia.
  
  Triple K would probably be your best bet for a magazine. Their quality has improved greatly. Easier and cheaper to get hold of one of their repos then a original.

  Thanks for the info. It looks to be a Nazi pistol from others I have seen with the markings. I'll post pics of the three guns I was left to see what values may be.
