Ruger 22LR semiauto - Mk ??

I am divesting myself of some firearms and would like to know the year and model of this 22LR. SN 1028XX. No Model number - just the Ruger stamp and SN. Anyone?

  Standard model , which was later called the Mark I ,, looks like 1955 ,, you can check on Rugers web -site

  it may be the ruger standard model. it didnt have a MK designation.

  bobski you're right the standard model does predate the Mark I , I should have read his question closer
