Mauser dot 1942 33/40 sporter 22-250 value

I see what the blue book has these priced in original condition. This rifle is a shooter and the modifications are as follows:
European figured walnut stock with inletted butt plate and grip cap. Stock is about 90%
22-250 conversion and barrel
Lyman front sight
Jeager trigger group
right side mount lyman 48m peep sight
scope safety conversion
no ladder rear sight - holes plugged
also drilled/tapped for leupold 1 piece base and rear ring shaved for this...
overall great condition for a shooter with excellent bore - roll stamped on the barrel is Wm. J. Welker - Seattle.
Just wondering what it might go for if I were to put it on auction. Someone would have to get high rings to mount a scope as the bent bolt would hit with low rings....

    you cann't use the book for a sporterised action. value will be based on the quality of the work. good pix and maybe a good group shot with the rifle help. without knowing more price should be $200/$400

    Unfortunately, MW has told you right. Someone took a thousand dollar rifle and made it into a $250 rifle.

    Now as long as they didn't touch the bolt in any fashion, by itself it could go for $100.
