S&W or Taurus

I have the opportunity to purchase an S&W 637 or equivalent Taurus for the same price.

Both have lifetime warrantees and are within one oz of each other.

Which would be better.

The only advantage to Taurus over Smith & Wesson is price. So, if the price is about the same, then go with the Smith & Wesson.

I went with the Smith and will pick it up on the 30th. This is my first J frame in almost 20 years and I find it hard to believe it is rated for +P loads. After carrying my Backpacker so long, the size difference is incredible.
