Such designations are not listed on their web site, though it may have to do with the type of reticle. Why not e-mail them at the address above and ask? Then you can educate the rest of us.[^]0 -
It is similar to the "-" number on Smith & Wesson models. It signifies a (relatively) minor design change. For instance, the 'c' indicates a change in the elevation/windage adjustment system made in 1984.
