Who Makes the Mossberg International Silver Reserv

I was looking at a 28 Gauge Mossberg International Silver Reserve O/U at auction here and I was wondering who makes it for Mossberg International?

Is it a Khan, Huglu or a Baikal or is it Italian made?

What is the overall quality of this shotgun. Is it a recommended buy or should I continue my search for a used Brand Name O/U in 28 Gauge?

  It is turkish, I think the MFGs Name was spelled Khyhan. I don't think it was Khan, but Mossberg had put their sticker over the other label on the box. The few I have handled seemed solid, and had decent fit and finish, but it will take some time to tell about the durability. I am considering one as a field gun.
