7.62X51 Headstamp I.D. please

I just bought about 700 rounds of 7.62x51 surplus ammo to feed my FAL. The cartridges are headstamped FNM 75-34 and also have the small cross inside a circle which I was told is some kind of Nato marking? Does anyone know what country produced these cartridges?

  Yes, FNM is the Portuguese National Armory. And yes, the crossed cricle indicates NATO standard.
