Ithaca Model 37 ???'s

I bought an Ithaca M-37 police or riot gun today and was wondering about how old it is. I have been unable to open any of Ithaca's web sites. Could anyone on this forum please help ID the date? The serial number is: 3711361XX

  1970 according to my information. 30 years newer than my Model 37.[8D]

  Hello TWALKER: Unfortunately, Ithica went out of business last month and closed the doors. That's why their web site wont open.

  Those web sites have been down longer than that. My information came from them a few years back. I tried going there about 6 months ago and the site was down.
