Need Austrian .22 info. (UPDATE)

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

It's not a mauser. Here are it's markings. SportWaffen Tyrol Kufstein-Austria BOELER [EIGHT-POINTED STAR] EH

On the side is a crest followed by an NPv.

    If you have access to it, and could get the Model Number and all markings/proof marks it might help us in obtaining IPB/schematic.

    I was kind of hoping that they only made one that was both a bolt action, and semi-auto. But yeah, if no luck, I'll have it tomorrow.

    willi, I got it yesterday. It is an Ausrian Made .22. It is not a Mauser. I wrote down the info, but forgot to bring it to work. I'll try to grab it over lunch.

    According to my reference your rifle was made by the Voere company after their relocation to Austria from Germany in the late 1970's. As they have made a number of different models, it would be best if you could give a physical description, i.e. barrel length, overall length, weight, type of stock and photos. Hopefully with that data we could nail down the specific model.

    I'm a little familiar with the Kufstein produced firearms. I assume by mentioning "Mauser" we are talking about a rifle. A little more info would be good. Cal, stock style, sights, and a pic would be a big help.
