What's It Worth?

I have a really nice STOEGER 10 Gauge Magnum DOUBLE BARREL
Shotgun. I have been unable to find information to help me
price. I have the "Blue Book" and "Gun Digest 2004", but no
mention. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS. BOB[:)]

    I have a Thompson Center rifle barrel in .375 JDJ for a G2 contender with a wood stock. The barrel has never been fired. What would it be worth?

    As far as I know it is absolutely original and I don't have a picture, sorry!

    A US model 1898 Krag. If the stock goes almost to the muzzle, and is about 5 feet long it is unaltered (though it could be a carbine).... in VG shape, worth 6-800 I'd say. Very collectable.

    Well, I can tell you this much, the gun is not 5 feet long! LOL! It's a little shorter than a 22 marlin.

    This is what a Krag Carbine looks like. Compare it to yours. Let us know what the differences are. We should be able to give you an idea of its value.

    I just checked your serial number out in Flayderman's Guide to Antique American Firearms. As serial numbers for 1898 Krag Carbines range from 125000 to 135000, it seems that you have a Model 1898 rifle thats been cut down to a carbine. This would have a very negative effect on it's collectors value. My 2?, as a cut down rifle it's value would be in the range $150 - $300, depending mostly on cosmetics and quality of the conversion.

    Well, at least I can get something out of it. This is my payment for taking care of my uncle's father! He told me, if you find that gun in the house, you can sell it and keep the money, that gun is worth alot of money....
