1100's in .410...?

Hey, I'm wanting to buy a Remington 1100 in .410 for upland game... Does any body have any experience with these? I'm wondering if they are notorious (one way or another) on reliability with reloads and overall functioning... Thanks! randy

  I have two of them. Had one for about 15 years, the other about 2 years.
  Both function flawlessly with factory loads. I don't reload for the 410.
  I probably shoot about 1000 shells through them a year with no problems,
  but be sure to keep it clean.

  I had one for a while. It worked great, but was a bit too heavy for a .410.

  I have a 1100 with a mod choke barrel I've had for years. I have not had any problems with 3" shells. The countdown is on for the opening of dove season. I'll see if it works as good as last year.
