Husqvarna .270

I was willed this rifle and know nothing about them. Can someone in here tell me something about this rifle? It is in pretty good condition actually, and I'm not sure I want to take it out in the elemnets...any help/info would be appreciated.

The barrel reads: Husqvarna Vapenfabriks A.B. .270 WINCH

The serial # is 133381 (next to the serial number there is the imprint of the word "Nitro" w/ a King's crown above it.

  Congratulations, you are a very lucky man! I'm sorry but I can not really tell you much about your particular rifle. A photo would help.

  Huskies were a good working mans rifle but little collector interest and values are not high. .270 was a very common chamber for almost every model after 1951. There were like fourteen or more models imported into U.S. Value for the best is only around $1,000.00 and that is for new in box series p-3000 presentation rifle.

  Your rifle was made in 1953. I can tell you the exact model when I see the pics of it. Send me an email when you post the pics as I don't visit here very often.
