pre-1977 Remington 870 barrel, 20 gauge
Anyone know where to find a replacement barrel for a pre-1977 Remington 870 Wingmaster 20 gauge shotgun?? The gun serial # ends in "X". Some refer to this as the "old" or "large ring" version. I'd really like to find one that accepts choke tubes. This was my first gun, given to me when I was a teen. It currently has a fixed Imp. Cylinder barrel. My son would like to use this gun for shooting trap in 4-H Shooting Sports. Might settle for a fixed Modified barrel. Thanks!

These never came with a choke tube system (interchangable). I've used Carlsons for myself and my customers for a while the can put choke tubes in your shotgun barrel for about $85.00 Cheaper than finding one of the older Remington 20 ga barrels.
