Rusting in Texas

Does anyone know if kimber makes a stainless barrel for the cpd II I'm not sure if it's a compact or pro. or if there is something that you can do about a rusting barrel. It's just on the end and it's a brand new gun. Or would a person evern want a stainless barrel?

  clean it, oil it, take an oily rag and wipe it down once in a while, i oil my guns about once a month, you might need to oil them a little more often. i dont know about the whole kimber part of the question, srry

  First thing is to get rid of the moisture get a Golden rod or some Silica gel put it in your gun safe that will help alot then keep it oiled.
