Gel Filled Shoulder Pad

A customer of mine mentioned he has a gel filled shoulder pad for shooting. Does anyone know the name of the product or where to get one? Thanks in advance!

  Browning sold one, came with a mesh "pocket" that could be attached to the inside of a jacket.

  Thanks - I found the Browning pad. It's a Browning Reactar Shooting Pad from http://www.mackspw.com for $10.99. The next lowest price on the net was at Ebay for $16.00.
