According to Stroebel's Scope Book, your mount predates W W II. It was made by Rudolf Noske of San Carlos, CA. He stoped making scopes and mounts when the war started. Strobel values your wind-adjustable mount at $150 - $250, ( 2000 ). 0 -

Hello This base set on a Male dovetail mount and slid off .front to back.I suspect it was a side mount as then the offset rings would center the scope over The bore If you look at todays VALMET 412 they have a mount very much like yours the knob in the center between the rings would lock your part onto the male dovetail . sort of like a lyman target scope blocks. I think you will have a hard time finding a scope to work as the rings will not open far enough to have a scope with a bell on both ends or a turret . 0
