1x scopes for 50 Cal.

I am in the market for a fixed 1x scope to put atop my 50 Cal Encore. Since this is for a one time Muzzleloader hunt out of state I don't want to shell out big bucks for a scope that I'll probably never use again. What scope do you suggest for a 50 cal. I understand that the state rquires it to be a fixed 1x. No variables, and the power of the scope must be clearly marked on it.

I do not care for red dot scopes. I prefer crosshairs.

  this is the cheaper of the 2 i saw the other was $275. never even knew they made 1x scopes. nikon is a good brand and should definitely last one hunt. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=35712732

  I think that Weaver used to make a 1X (which may be available at the price you specify on GunBroker or other auction sites).
