C-more Sight
anyone have experience with C-more Serendipity sight? thinking of putting one on my 1911

i personaly do not beleive that you need to carry an anti tank rifle for personal protection.
it doesn't matter how big your gun is, it's what you do with it when it counts

i have both the slide ride and the serendpipity. sooner or later the mount will crack on the serendpipity that is the only fault but you can mill the legs of and it becomes a slide ride.if i were going to do it again i would get a Alchen or Dawson mount and the slide ride and just put one set of holes in the frame

The biggest drawback with the Serendipity is when you decide to use a "racker", and then want to clean your gun. Or for doing a "good" clean-up anytime. With the "side-mounts" you will not encounter that problem, especially if the "racker" is installed in the right side.
You may consider also purchasing the "new" C-More's with the "click-stop" rheostat/switch. Pretty handy and convenient. About time!!![:D][:D][:D][8D][8D][;)]

i have noticed while observing pics of 1911s with C-more Serendipity sights on them that the mount covers a large portion of the ejection port . .. is this normal and how does the pistol function like this?
