How do I paste or post txt information to the forum for all to read?

  Just do a "cut & paste" within your text.

  Put your curser at the begining of what you want to copy. press and hold your left mouse button, and drag the curser to the end of what you want o copy (text to be copied will turn blue), and release the left button. Click the right mouse button and a drop window will appear, select "copy".
  With your curser at the location you wish to paste the text, click the right mouse button, select paste.
