.303 conv. to 7.62x54?

a couiple of days ago someone ask about this, sooo with a littel time on my hands and the oehler set up I though I'd compair the two and the other common cals. of 'cheap' ammo out there. these are from my rifles and should be considered just gereral data, your results may vary.
rifle: vz24, 8mm, 24", good bore, ammo: yugo mil.surp. 150 gn,ave. vel. 2621 w/sd. 19
enfield Mk3#1 like new, ammo: hotshot 180 gn. ave. vel. 2593, w/sd. 10.
mos./nag. m-91/30, like new, ammo czech 'ligh ball', silver tip 150 gn. ave. vel. 3054 w/sd. 7
springfield 1903, like new barrel, ammo l.c.74 150 gn., ave. vel 2993 w/sd. 19

I was kind of suprised by the u.s. ball (lc 74, from the cmp) most u.s. ball ammo is not this 'hot'
