Bedding help

I was wondering if someone new a good manual on how to glass bed a Springfield M1A? I'm looking to put a McMillan M3A stock together with my current M1A action, and would like to use the best method available. I've seen a couple of methods out there, but is there a correct way or one that works better than others? Thanks for the help

    I would also suggest that you get a copy of Scott Duff's book just as the above author does.

    The Kuhnhausen book on .30 caliber service rifles has a section on bedding also. It's available through Brownells.

    The process is not as hard as you might think it is but the operative thought is go slow and check your work.

    I appreciate the help. That was a very good article. I'll probably end up getting both books. I heard the Kuhnhausen book is a really good source of info for the M1A/M14. I really doesn't seem that hard, you just have to pay attention to what you are doing. Thanks again.
